USF EDGE Tramel Logan has entered the NCAA transfer portal, On3 has learned. The Miami native is on the move after a strong season for the Bulls in 2023.

He finished last year with 10 starts in 13 games. Tramel Logan recorded 33 tackles, including 7 tackles for loss last season.

Tramel Logan signed with USF as a three-star recruit and the No. 152 EDGE in the country, according to the On3 Industry rankings.

Logan saw action in nine games as a true freshman, finishing the year with six tackles and a sack.

Logan played in all 12 games in 2021, finishing with 15 tackles, 2 tackles for loss and a sack.

In 2022, Tramel Logan moved into a more prominent role, playing in 12 games and making nine starts. He led the Bulls defensive line with 37 tackles, including 5.5 tackles for loss.

That led into this past season when Logan was once again a starter.

USF CB Kendall Dennis enters the NCAA Transfer Portal

Tramel Logan was the second USF player in as many days to enter the transfer portal.

On Thursday, cornerback Kendall Dennis entered the portal.

Dennis started his career at Oklahoma before transferring to USF. Now, after three seasons with the Sooners and one with the Bulls, he’ll be at a third program.

To this point, Dennis has totaled five tackles during a dozen collegiate appearances. That includes just one tackle in five games while in Tampa.

Davis played high school football at Lakeland in Florida. He was a four-star prospect there as the No. 266 overall recruit in the 2020 cycle. That’s according to the On3 Industry Ranking, a weighted average that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies. He ranked as a Top-25 CB in the class and a Top-50 player from out of his state.

Dennis came to Norman as part of the No. 13 overall class in the nation. That’s per On3’s 2020 Industry Football Team Recruiting Rankings. He was the 11th-highest rated prospect out of their 21 total commitments as part of one of the final classes under Lincoln Riley.

He then spent one season under Brent Venables before transferring to South Florida for their first year under Alex Golesh.

Now, with him back in the portal, Dennis is the 15th transfer from the Bulls’ program this offseason. Seven of those have come from their defense, including four in the secondary with two other corners in Jameel Sanders and Christopher Townsel along with a pair of safeties in Will Jones and Jayden Curry. Of the 15 departures, only two, QB Gerry Bohanon to BYU and DE Lloyd Summerall to James Madison, have committed elsewhere to this point.
