Vanderbilt at Kentucky: Friday injury report revealed
After each getting one of the biggest upsets of this season, Vanderbilt and Kentucky will play one another in their respective next games.
With that in a conference game, the final injury report has been released for the matchup between the Commodores and Wildcats. That comes after 19 players made the list on Wednesday before it rounded out to 20 on the update from Thursday.
UK had nine players with the same statuses for this game between the two days. The only changes were the addition of Jacob Kauwe as out while they lost a second defensive back with Terhyon Nichols being downgraded from doubtful to out.
Vandy then had the same nine listed with positive updates on four players. CJ Taylor and Bryan Longwell along with Yilanan Ouattara and Chase Mitchell all improved from questionable to probable for tomorrow’s game.

Kentucky will come back following their bye week with this matchup with the Commodores. They’ll now try to keep their momentum going after an opening five-game stretch that had to turn around from a 25-point home loss to South Carolina into a one-point loss to No. 1 Georgia and a three-point win over No. 6 Ole Miss in Oxford.
Vanderbilt also had an up-and-down, yet competitive, first five games. They followed an opening upset over Virginia Tech with a loss two weeks later at Georgia State. Still, in their first two conference games, they nearly got Missouri on the road in double overtime before getting an all-time win over No. 1 Alabama last weekend.
