WATCH: 4-star QB Jadyn Davis wearing Michigan cleats
Charlotte Providence Day School four-star quarterback Jadyn Davis showed up to his game Friday night wearing a pair of Michigan cleats.
The Wolverines are the favorites to land Davis, and the two sides are very fond of each other.
Last weekend, Davis was in Ann Arbor, Mich., for Michigan’s rivalry game against Michigan State.
Davis is the No. 16 overall recruit and No. 3 quarterback in the 2024 cycle, according to the On3 Consensus, a complete and equally weighted industry-generated average that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies.
He currently has an On3 NIL Valuation of $158k. The On3 NIL Valuation is an index that looks to set the standard market value for both high school and college-level athletes. The NIL valuation does not act as a tracker of the value of NIL deals an athlete has completed to date. It rather signifies an athlete’s value at a certain moment in time.
Jadyn Davis connected with fellow Michigan target for 60-yard TD
Jadyn Davis got on the scoreboard early thanks to a 60-yard touchdown pass to Charlotte Providence Day School three-star wide receiver Channing Goodwin, who is also a fellow Michigan target.

The On3 Recruiting Prediction Machine gives Goodwin a 96.3% chance of landing with the Wolverines. As for Davis, RPM gives Michigan a 76.3% of securing the commitment.
RPM was released to the public in December. The On3 engineering group teamed up with Spiny.ai to create the industry’s first algorithm and machine learning-based product to predict where athletes will attend college.
It factors in machine learning, social sentiment, visits and historical trends. However, expert predictions are still a big piece of the RPM equation.
