WATCH: 5-Star Plus+ Travis Hunter makes one-handed catches look easy
Five-Star Plus+ prospect Travis Hunter is a freak athlete.
One of the Suwanee (Ga.) Collins Hill product’s trademark skills is his ability to catch the ball, both as a cornerback and wide receiver.
He demonstrated his next-level hands Friday during the Under Amrour All-American Game practice by catching four fast passes in a row, all with just his left hand.
His left hand also happens to be his off-hand.
Travis Hunter is the No. 1 player in the On3 Consensus, a complete and equally weighted industry-generated average that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies.
He is one of five Five-Star Plus+ prospects in the country along with Powell (Tenn.) High defensive lineman Walter Nolen, Cypress (Texas) Cy Park linebacker Harold Perkins, Frisco (Texas) Liberty wide receiver Evan Stewart and Santa Ana (Calif.) Mater Dei cornerback Domani Jackson.
All five are in Orlando this weekend for the Under Armour All-American Game.
He has been working out at both wide receiver and cornerback during the All-American Game practices, and looks to have had his best day of practice Friday.

“I’m on my A game today!” Hunter yelled during practice after a pass breakup. “Y’all better find someone else to play with!”
Travis Hunter shocked the nation earlier this month when he flipped from his longtime commitment of Florida State to Jackson State to play for Deion Sanders.
Hunter told On3’s Jeremy Johnson on Wednesday that he is showing fellow recruits that it is not only possible, but it can be a good decision to attend an HBCU.
“I’m paving a way for others to follow,” Hunter said. ” Every other top prospect in the country has a spot at an HBCU just like I do.”
