In what might be his last home game at Heinz Field, Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback Ben Roethlisberger shared several moments with fans and everyone in attendance.

The Steelers beat the Cleveland Browns 26-14 on Monday night Football and keep their playoff hopes alive. But most importantly, if this is indeed Roethlisberger’s last game, they sent him off in epic fashion.

The first moment came when the Pittsburgh Steelers were attempting to ice the game after recovering the onside kick. On third down, rookie running back Najee Harris took the handoff and found a seam to the right side. Harris exploded through the hole and scampered in for the touchdown. As some teammates ran down to celebrate the score, the Steelers’ offensive line stayed behind and shared an embrace with their veteran quarterback.

Shortly after that, as the Steelers’ defense took the field to close the game, the crowd at Heinz field erupted into a moving emotional chant for Roethlisberger.

“Thank you, Ben, thank you, Ben, thank you, Ben.”

Najee Harris writes his name in the Steelers record books

Pittsburgh Steelers rookie running back Najee Harris is now officially a part of Steelers lore. On Monday night against Afc North rival, the Cleveland Browns, Harris passed Steelers great Franco Harris for the most rushing yards by a rookie running back.

Franco Harris set the record back in 1972 with 1,055 yards. Najee has eclipsed the mark in 17 games and he still has one more game left on the season to extend his new personal record.

What makes the record-breaking run that much more sweeter is the fashion in which he did it. As he breaks towards the sideline, Najee Harris delivers a massive stiff-arm to cornerback M.J Stewart and proceeds to hurdle over the tumbling body of Stewart. Harris would be tackled by Grant Delpit after breaking that 30-yard run.
