Watch list revealed for 2023 Biletnikoff Award honoring the best receiver in college football

As of Monday morning, we have an official preseason watch list for the 2023 Biletnikoff Award, which is annually given to the player deemed the best receiver in college football for that season, whether it’s a tight end, wideout or any kind of player who is a regular pass catcher.

So, with less than a month to go until opening kick-off, here are the top pass catchers to watch for, according to the Official Biletnikoff Award website:

That is a hefty number of players to keep an eye on, though it is highlighted by a particular few names that are likely favorites to win the award. Of course, Ohio State’s Marvin Harrison Jr. could very well have won the award last year but was overlooked for Tennessee’s Jalin Hyatt.

There’s also Johnny Wilson, Florida State’s gargantuan outside playmaker, as well as Washington’s combo of Rome Odunze and Jalen McMillan. Georgia also has more than one contender on the list, with tight end phenom Brock Bowers leading the way, joined by fellow Dawgs Ladd McConkey and Missouri transfer Dominic Lovett.
