Medina (Ohio) wide receiver Brennen Schramm kicked off his senior season on Saturday. In a 33-10 win over Warren (Ohio) Harding, Schramm made a leaping catch just over halfway into the first quarter.

Schramm, a 6-foot-0, 174 pound wideout, ran his route towards the middle of the field. As the pass flew towards him, he out-jumped his defender for a diving catch.

Schramm took unofficial visits to Northwestern and Ohio in January. Last year, he recorded 82 receptions for 1,333 yards and 14 touchdowns in 14 games. Additionally, he averaged 95.2 yards per game.

Schramm also rushed seven times for 27 yards. Medina won its first three playoff games last season before falling to Lakewood (Ohio) St. Edward 41-6 to conclude its season.

Medina’s quarterback last season was five-star signal-caller Drew Allar, who is currently enrolled at Penn State. Allar was the No. 28 overall prospect and No. 3 quarterback in the 2022 On3 Consensus, a complete and equally weighted industry-generated average that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies. On3 rated him even higher as the No. 7 overall prospect and No. 2 quarterback in the 2022 On300.

Schramm has an On3 NIL Valuation of $13.3K. The On3 NIL Valuation is an index that looks to set the standard market value for both high school and college-level athletes. The NIL valuation does not act as a tracker of the value of NIL deals an athlete has completed to date. It rather signifies an athlete’s value at a certain moment in time.
