Where the uncommitted recruits in On3's top 100 are trending

The updated 2023 On300 dropped Monday. While most of the nation’s top recruits have already announced their commitments, a smaller number are still mulling over their options. This includes 16 of the top 100 prospects in the rankings.

Here is where things stand in each of those 16 players’ recruitments, according to the On3 Recruiting Prediction Machine.

Five-star EDGE Keon Keeley
School: Tampa (Fla.) Berkeley Prep
On300 Ranking: No. 3
On3 NIL Valuation: $259k
On3 RPM: Alabama 49.4%, Ohio State 41.2%, Florida 7.8%, Notre Dame 1.3%
The Skinny: The former Notre Dame commit was perceived to be a heavy Alabama lean in the aftermath of his decommitment. The Crimson Tide are still the favorite but Ohio State has made it a fight.

Five-star EDGE Damon Wilson
School: Venice (Fla.) High
On300 Ranking: No. 4
On3 NIL Valuation: $194k
On3 RPM: Ohio State 69.8%, Georgia 21.2%, Miami 6.9%, Alabama 1.4%
The Skinny: Wilson will be back at Ohio State this weekend for the Game. He was has been trending towards the Buckeyes are a while and would be a major pickup for the program.

Five-star DL James Smith
School: Montgomery (Ala.) Carver
On300 Ranking: No. 8
On3 NIL Valuation: $213k
On3 RPM: Alabama 40.5%, Georgia 28.5%, Auburn 23.8%, Florida 4.5%, Texas A&M 1.0%
The Skinny: Smith and Qua Russaw, his high school teammates and fellow five-star, are a package deal. Alabama is the favorite for both with two visits, including a December official, planned for the next dew weeks.

Five-star DL Daevin Hobbs
School: Concord (N.C.) Jay M. Robinson
On300 Ranking: No. 20
On3 NIL Valuation: $113k
On3 RPM: Tennessee 47.2%, Alabama 22.7%, Georgia 18.0%, Ohio State 9.7%, North Carolina 1.2%
The Skinny: Hobbs will announce his commitment this week on November 25, and the Volunteers are the favorite heading into the decision. They have been trending at the right time, and it looks like it might pay dividends.

Five-star TE Duce Robinson
School: Phoenix Pinnacle
On300 Ranking: No. 21
On3 NIL Valuation: $195k
On3 RPM: USC 56.7%, Georgia 33.3%, Texas 6.2%
The Skinny: USC and Georgia have emerged as the favorites for Robinson heading into the final stretch of 2022. The Trojans have been at or near the top for months, while the Bulldogs rise has been a later development.

Five-star EDGE Qua Russaw
School: Montgomery (Ala.) Carver
On300 Ranking: No. 25
On3 NIL Valuation: $202k
On3 RPM: Alabama 74.0%, Auburn 14.6%, Florida 4.5%, Georgia 3.0%
The Skinny: RPM is much higher on Alabama for Russaw than Smith but both predictions give Alabama the best chance.

Five-star athlete Nyckoles Harbor
School: Washington (D.C.) Archbishop Carroll
On300 Ranking: No. 26
On3 NIL Valuation: $309k
On3 RPM: Michigan 35.2%, LSU 29.9%, South Carolina 23.3%, Maryland 3.9%, Miami 2.0%, Penn State 1.4%
The Skinny: Harbor has had some recent shakeups in his recruitment recently, including the emergence of Georgia in his recruitment. He said Sunday that the Bulldogs are likely to receive an official visit, replacing Miami. Harbor is on track to commit in February.

Four-star DL Jordan Hall
School: Jacksonville (Fla.) Westside
On300 Ranking: No. 29
On3 NIL Valuation: $114k
On3 RPM: Georgia 85.7%, Florida 4.5%, Alabama 3.2%, Florida State 1.2%, LSU 1.2%
The Skinny: Georgia leads for Hall but the race is far from over. Alabama, in particular, has made him a top priority.

Four-star CB Daniel Harris
School: Miami Gulliver Prep
On300 Ranking: No. 42
On3 NIL Valuation: $6.4k
On3 RPM: Penn State 58.9%, Georgia 38.8%
The Skinny: Harris decommitted from Georgia one week ago and Penn State emerged as the new favorite. But On3 Director of Recruiting Chad Simmons still believes the Bulldogs have as good as a shot as anyone to land Harris, despite the decommitment.

Four-star CB Desmond Ricks
School: Chesapeake (Va.) IMG Academy
On300 Ranking: No. 47
On3 NIL Valuation: $241k
On3 RPM: LSU 84.0%, Alabama 6.5%, Florida 3.3%
The Skinny: Ricks reclassified to the 2023 cycle earlier this month, dramatically shortening his timeline. That movement coincided with the rise of LSU and a visit to Baton Rouge, La., for the Alabama game. This has become the Tigers race to lose.

Four-star LB Anthony Hill
School: Denton (Texas) Ryan
On300 Ranking: No. 62
On3 NIL Valuation: $243k
On3 RPM: Texas 87.5%, Texas A&M 7.9%, Oklahoma 1.7%
The Skinny: Hill decommitted from Texas A&M on November 7 and went on an unofficial visit to Texas that weekend. The Longhorns are the presumed favorite in the race but Inside Texas says it is not a lock that he ends up in Austin.

Four-star OT Samson Okunlola
School: Brockton (Mass.) Thayer Academy
On300 Ranking: No. 73
On3 NIL Valuation: $222k
On3 RPM: Miami 84.7%, Florida 11.2%, Michigan 1.0%
The Skinny: The Hurricanes may be the favorite but the Gators have put in the work in recent weeks. Okunlola was on campus for a multi-day unofficial visit last week and still could take an OV to the school in December.

Four-star DL Matayo Uiagalelei
School: Bellflower (Calif.) St. John Bosco
On300 Ranking: No. 76
On3 NIL Valuation: $211k
On3 RPM: Ohio State 48.0%, USC 31.0%, Oregon 16.2%, Alabama 2.3%
The Skinny: Uiagalelei has never been in a rush to make his decision and has said he hopes to make it the last possible day of the Early Signing Period.

Four-star ATH Jelani McDonald
School: Waco (Texas) Connally
On300 Ranking: No. 82
On3 NIL Valuation: $6k
On3 RPM: Texas 99.9%
The Skinny: McDonald reopened his recruitment in October after he picked up an offer from the Longhorns. Texas has been the favorite ever since.

Four-star OT Caleb Lomu
School: Gilbert (Ariz.) Highland
On300 Ranking: No. 96
On3 NIL Valuation: $9.2k
On3 RPM: Utah 84.1%, Arizona 7.1%, Michigan 2.1%
The Skinny: Lomu told Simmons at the beginning of the month that he felt he was close to a decision. He hasn’t announce any commitment date yet but one may soon be on the way.

Four-star EDGE Samuel M’Pemba
School: St. Louis (Mo.) IMG Academy
On300 Ranking: No. 97
On3 NIL Valuation: $210k
On3 RPM: Georgia 93.7%, Miami 1.5%
The Skinny: M’Pemba will announce his commitment December 4 and the Bulldogs are the heavy favorites to land him. However, M’Pemba said any of his top four have a shot.
