Chris Hilton status revealed on LSU-Arkansas Friday injury report
One of the more underrated matchups within the SEC this weekend kicks off in Fayetteville when LSU squares off with Arkansas. The No. 8 ranked team in the country fresh off of an overtime win against Ole Miss taking on a Razorbacks squad coming off of a bye week proceeded by a home upset win over Tennessee.
One ranked win apiece for LSU and Arkansas definitely helps bolster their resumes. But a win this weekend would help either team take another big step in the right direction heading into the back half of the college football season.
Arkansas’ bye week was good to the Razorbacks, who got some much-needed rest and enter Saturday’s game with impressive health. While injuries have plagued the resilient Tigers following five straight wins after their Week 1 loss to USC.

After Hilton was listed as questionable throughout the week, he was officially ruled out of Saturday’s game on Thursday. Still not appearing in a game for the Tigers this season with a foot injury after entering the season with high expectations as an athletic contributor to the passing game.
LSU will also be without several other players but thankfully returns Daniels to their lineup after he missed the team’s last game against Ole Miss. Leading all LSU’s wide receivers in snaps prior to his injury as a trustworthy target and consistent blocker with 20 catches for 239 yards this season.
After six players missed Arkansas’ last game against Tennessee, that list has been cut in half heading into Saturday’s game. Also notably getting back starting quarterback Talyen Green after he was unable to finish the team’s last game with an injury.
