Mishawaka (Ind.) Penn receiver Tayshon Bardo has committed to Wisconsin after visiting the Badgers over the weekend.

The 6-foot-1, 170-pound Bardo chose the Big Ten program over his other top schools in Michigan State, Cincinnati and USF.

“I had a great time in Madison over the weekend with my brothers and the coaches,” Bardo said. “Consistency with me is what stands out along with the brotherhood and how they treat me like one of their own.”

The On3 Industry ranks Bardo as the No. 4 prospect in the Hoosier State. He becomes commit No. 2 for head coach Luke Fickell and his staff in the 2026 cycle joining another from Indiana in Merrillville Andrean offensive lineman Benjamin Novak.

Bardo has been talking highly about Wisconsin his entire process.

“What they do with players in the long run,” he said. “They are extremely consistent with me, making it clear that I’m a top priority for them.”

Indiana, Louisville and Vanderbilt were among the other programs to offer Bardo. As a junior he caught 33 passes for 540 yards and eight touchdowns.
