Launched in December 2022, the 1804 Sport Collective is one of the first NIL collectives at a MAC program. The Ohio-focused collective is a fan-driven group aimed at raising money and acquiring NIL deals, specifically for Bobcats men’s basketball. In partnership with Blueprint Sports, Ohio’s AECOM Center for Sports Administration in the College of Business will help manage day-to-day operations. "The college basketball landscape is changing, and our mindset must change with it," Ohio basketball coach Jeff Boals said.
