Blue Hen Collective - Delaware Fightin' Blue Hens Collective

Blue Hen Collective was launched in the summer of 2023 to “empower University of Delaware student-athletes to achieve excellence, both on and off the field.” The collective is operated by Student-Athlete NIL, a top collective operations company. The collective also has been given the seal of approval by the Delaware athletic department. “By guiding, strengthening, and supporting these student-athletes, we aim to develop future leaders who are proud to lead with integrity, inclusivity and excellence,” the collective’s website says. “We provide innovative opportunities for all University of Delaware students to grow as individuals, graduates, community leaders, and ambassadors for the University and its fans. Our ultimate goal is to help every current and future Blue Hen leverage their name, image, and likeness to build a brighter future for themselves and the University of Delaware community.”
