Flames Rising NIL Collective is operated by A Sea of Red, a website focused on covering Liberty sports. The collective’s website says it is focused on “combing financial resources of boosters, donors and fans and distributing those funds via NIL opportunities to athletes to have the greatest impact for Flames Athletics.” The collective said money raised will go into a general fund benefiting all Flame student-athletes. “The funds will be managed by an advisory committee that will follow charter guidelines to direct the funds in order to have the most impact for Liberty Athletics,” the collective’s website says.
