Fly Hawks Alliance - Monmouth Hawks Collective

Monmouth University announced the launch of Fly Hawks Alliance on July 13, 2023. The company Student Athlete NIL (SANIL) powers the collective. Several Monmouth men's basketball players announced on the day of the collective's launch that they had signed with the collective, including Jakari Spence, Andrew Ball, Jack Collins, Cornelius Robinson, Jack Holmstrom, Quinn Peters, Tadhg Crowley and Sam Fagan. The collective offers membership levels for fans that cost $10, $25, $50$100, $250 and $500 per month. Business can join at $100, $250, $500, $750, $1,000 and $1,500 per month. "I'm excited to announce Monmouth will now have a premier NIL collective that serves our student-athletes," acting athletic director Jennifer Sansevero said in a statement. "While researching companies that specialize in this area, it became clear that SANIL has developed a program that will grow our student-athlete's individual branding well beyond the completion of their time at Monmouth. Having SANIL represent our student-athletes in this space keeps Monmouth University relevant in the modern and ever-changing college athletics landscape. Monmouth is committed to make education the foundation and develop the whole person through a holistic student-athlete experience, which includes community activism, brand education, career development, and professional networking opportunities."
