Irish United - Notre Dame Fighting Irish Collective

Irish United officially launched Nov. 3, 2022 in an effort to support Notre Dame athletes' NIL opportunities, starting with a focus on the university's basketball players. Irish United is powered by the agency Student-Athlete NIL (SANIL), which also runs collectives that support athletes at Oklahoma, Penn State and Rutgers, among other schools. Every men's basketball player has signed with the collective upon its launch, according to SANIL CEO and co-founder Jason Belzer, who said Irish United would integrate women's basketball players in the near future. "Our focus has been on basketball," Belzer said. "It's a two-pronged approach. There is a 501(c)(3) component to ours but our focus is also mostly on the commercial side." Irish United's Board of Directors includes former Notre Dame men's basketball players Jordan Cornette, Colin Falls, David Graves, Liam Nelligan and John Paxson.
