Lady Shocks Squad - Wichita State Shockers Collective

The Lady Shocks Squad was launched in November 2022 by Paladin Strategies with a focus on bringing NIL opportunities to female athletes at Wichita State. “Much of the NIL focus has been on men's athletics with only a small piece going to women,” the collective’s website says. “We plan to narrow this gap with the Lady Shocks Squad, a first of its kind, member-based platform focusing solely on NIL opportunities for the women athletes of Wichita State University.” Chad Pore and Brad Lingafelter, who work together under Paladin Strategies LLC, are the leaders of the collective, but the group has a board made up of several prominent former WSU student-athletes.
