2025 point guard Aaron Rowe signs with WME Sports for NIL representation
Aaron Rowe has the ability to sign name, image and likeness deals when he pleases.
As a sophomore at Link Academy in Branson, Missouri, he is not restricted by a high school association. And as one of the top point guards in the 2025 recruiting class, he may want to start entertaining NIL opportunities.
The 6-foot-1, 165-pound recruit has brought on WME Sports for NIL representation. The top-ranked prospect in Missouri, he’s a four-star recruit according to the On3 Industry Ranking. Rowe, the No. 2 point guard in the nation and a top-20 player, has already picked up offers from Missouri, Alabama, Auburn, Tennessee and Kansas State.
Bringing on WME makes sense. As a rising high school basketball star, he can begin to build a brand before making his next career decision. The agency is also becoming one of the go-to landing spots for basketball talent in the NIL era.
Kansas star Gradey Dick worked with WME throughout this past season, signing partnerships with adidas, Beats by Dre and Long McArthur Ford. North Carolina’s Deja Kelly has been a star for the agency on the women’s basketball side, working with a handful of brands, including crocs and KINLÒ.
WME has also placed an emphasis on identifying high school talent. Kentucky signee DJ Wagner Jr. signed with the firm prior to his commitment; as a high school athlete in New Jersey, he signed plenty of NIL deals.
WME acquired BDA Sports Management last month after previously making an investment in the agency. With Bill Duffy now running WME basketball, Luka Dončić, Chet Holmgren and RJ Barrett are all under the WME umbrella.
Strong performance at Geico Nationals
Link Academy finished the season 27-1, winning the Geico Nationals earlier this month in Fort Myers, Florida. Rowe had a strong performance in the championship game, scoring eight points with three rebounds and three assists. This summer will be an opportunity to play in front of college scouts ahead of his junior season.
“I’m a very shifty, playmaking guard that can get to my spots and knock down shots,” Rowe told On3’s Jamie Shaw in February. “I’m working right now on developing my three-point shot, getting that to be more consistent.

“I watch a lot of Darius Garland with how crafty he is to get to his spots and a lot of Ja Morant with how he uses his explosion.”
Aaron Rowe’s rising On3 NIL Valuation
As one of the top-ranked prospects in the 2025 recruiting class, the point guard has a $79,000 On3 NIL Valuation. Rowe’s valuation ranks in the top 80 of the high school basketball rankings.
With roughly 6,600 social media followers, his brand will continue to grow as his college recruitment picks up. WME will also focus on building a strategy to approach his social media.
The On3 NIL Valuation is the industry’s leading index that sets the standard market NIL value for high school and college athletes. A proprietary algorithm, the On3 NIL Valuation calculates an athlete’s NIL value using dynamic data points targeting three primary categories: performance, influence and exposure.
About On3 NIL Valuation, Brand Value, Roster Value
While the algorithm includes deal data, it does not act as a tracker of the value of NIL deals athletes have completed to date, nor does it set an athlete’s NIL valuation for their entire career. The On3 NIL Valuation calculates the optimized NIL opportunity for athletes relative to the overall NIL market and projects out to as long as 12 months into the future.
