Arizona State WR Jordyn Tyson reveals dream NIL deal

Fresh off a 1,000-yard season at Arizona State, Jordyn Tyson is running it back. He and quarterback Sam Leavitt both opted to return, keeping two key pieces in place following last year’s Big 12 title.
Tyson, like Leavitt, is also one of the more notable names in the sport. He has a $1 million On3 NIL Valuation, which ranks in the Top 70 among college football players.
Speaking at Big 12 Media Days on Tuesday, Tyson also shared his dream NIL deal – and it’s appropriate. The standout receiver pitched an NIL deal with Tyson Foods and suggested his brother, Cleveland Cavaliers combo guard Jaylon Tyson, also be involved as part of an endorsement deal.
“I would pick Tyson chicken nuggets – or just Tyson Foods in general,” Tyson said at The Star in Frisco. “Me and my brother get on that, maybe. That’d be nice.”
Jordyn Tyson is gearing up for his third season at Arizona State after starting his career at Colorado in 2022. He became a crucial piece of an offense that made a run to the College Football Playoff a year ago, leading the team with 75 receptions for 1,101 yards and 10 touchdowns.

Tyson then announced his return for 2025 with the Arizona State-focused NIL collective, Sun Angel Collective. His $1 million On3 NIL Valuation ranks No. 63 in the college football NIL rankings and second on the ASU roster only to Leavitt, who sits at $3.1 million.
The duo’s friendship was on full display during the opening day of Big 12 Media Days. While coach Kenny Dillingham did a live interview on College Football Live, Leavitt and Tyson were smiling at the camera in the background. He pointed to that moment as a reflection of how the program wants to approach each day as they work to get better.
“For us, you just can’t get focused on what people say about you,” Dillingham said. “Everything’s about work. And if you want to be good at something, you’re going to have to work harder than other people. You’re going to have to continue to work harder.
“I’ve got my two guys behind me, you can see them. The key is those guys back there. The key was those guys putting in the work to want to be the best version of themselves that they can possibly be and having fun doing it, like you see right now. That’s our program. That’s our culture. Two guys that are going to play on Sundays having a ball, getting behind a camera and just family, connectivity. That’s what our program’s about.”
