USC DL Bear Alexander signs with NIL collective House of Victory
The USC-focused name, image and likeness collective House of Victory announced on its Twitter account Tuesday that it signed an NIL deal with defensive lineman Bear Alexander.
Alexander is a former top-50 recruit in the 2022 recruiting class, according to the On3 Industry Ranking, which rated Alexander as a four-star prospect. Alexander committed to Georgia after also receiving reported scholarship offers from Alabama, Ohio State, Texas and Texas A&M, among other programs. He played for the reigning national champion Bulldogs last season. He recorded two tackles for loss, including one sack, against TCU in the College Football Playoff National Championship.
On the season, he logged nine total tackles, including three tackles for loss, two sacks and two passes defended.
During the offseason, Alexander entered the transfer portal and was one of the most sought-after players this offseason. According to the On3 College Ranking, Alexander is a four-star player and the No. 24 defensive lineman in the country. He’s listed at 6-foot-3 and 320 pounds.
Alexander recently showed off his new apartment in Los Angeles. Alexander has an On3 NIL Valuation of $65,000.
House of Victory launches, becomes official USC sponsor
House of Victory publicly launched in April 2023. It’s one of seven different organizations that USC supporters have announced in support of NIL opportunities for USC student-athletes.

Spencer Harris, who previously worked as USC’s director of player personnel, as well as for BLVD, serves as House of Victory’s executive director. House of Victory signed an agreement with Playfly Sports, which is USC’s multimedia rights holder, to become an official sponsor of USC Athletics. This allows House of Victory to use some university marks and access to sponsorship opportunities connected to USC Athletics.
3400 Club, another USC-focused NIL collective that emphasized basketball, recently merged with House of Victory. That was one of at least 30 NIL collectives that have merged, been acquired or ceased operations nationally.
House of Victory recently announced plans for its first event, a meet and greet that will feature at least 12 current USC athletes, including Boogie Ellis, the men’s basketball team’s leading scorer from last season, and former five-star wide receiver recruit Zachariah Branch. The event will take place June 7 at The Rex Seaside Steakhouse in Redondo Beach, California.
The collective also announced an event featuring past and present USC quarterbacks, including reigning Heisman Trophy winner Caleb Williams. The “QB U” fundraiser, which is scheduled for June 19, will feature Williams and freshman Malachi Nelson, as well as former USC quarterbacks such as Heisman Trophy winner Carson Palmer, Matt Barkley and John David Booty.
