Oregon's Bo Nix signs NIL deal with Kendall Auto Group
Bo Nix is just getting started.
The Oregon quarterback has the Ducks ranked in the top 10 as the midway mark of the college football season approaches. In a 41-6 win over Colorado, the former Auburn transfer lived up to the offseason Heisman hype.
With more than 10 million viewers tuned into the game, Nix made his case. He picked the Buffs defense apart, finishing 28 of 33 for 276 yards and three touchdowns.
Now the quarterback has signed his first car deal, partnering with Kendall Auto Group. With locations in Alaska, Idaho, Oregon, Washington and Montana, Nix will be doing work with the Eugene group. As part of the agreement, he will receive a new Toyota SUV.
He joins some pretty notable names, too. The auto group has former Oregon stars Justin Herbert and Marcus Mariota as ambassadors. Kendall represents 22 automakers at 43 dealerships across the Pacific Northwest.
The former five-star recruit has found success with endorsement deals since the inception of name, image and likeness. With more than 205,000 followers and repped by QB Reps, he has agreements with Bose, Subway, The Duck Store, ONIT, Division Street, Bojangels and Candy Digital.
He joined 7-Eleven’s “Cleat Crew” earlier this month. As part of that deal, he will team up with luxury designer The Shoe Surgeon to create his own individual pair of custom cleats that fans can win through weekly auctions with proceeds going to charity.
Heisman stage is set for Bo Nix
In Saturday’s signature win, Nix brought his Oregon career total in passing touchdowns to 40 and rushing touchdowns to 15 for a total of 55. With that, he became the first player to be responsible for 55 touchdowns at two different schools.

“We’ve got the best quarterback in the nation,” Oregon head coach Dan Lanning said after Saturday’s win. “I know that; I can see that. You see all the plays that he throws and all the plays he can make with his feet. But you guys don’t see all the checks that he makes, you don’t see what he does for this team, you don’t see his leadership. He sent a text this morning to me that was impactful for me.
“That guy shapes me; that guy makes me a better person. And we got that guy on our team. We’re so blessed to have him.”
Before the season even started, Bo Nix Heisman billboards were put up in New York City and Dallas. A full-page ad in the New York Times. And on every edition of “College GameDay” this year, multiple “Bo-Dacious” signs have appeared.
Through four weeks, he quarterback has thrown for more than 1,100 yards and touts a 80.6 QBR. He’s totaled 12 touchdowns with just one interception.
With three ranked matchups in October, Oregon has work cut out for itself to make the College Football Playoff. But the schedule is set for Nix to deliver and punch his ticket to New York City for the Heisman ceremony.
