Brandon Inniss signs with Rosenhaus Sports for NIL representation
Brandon Inniss was not allowed to strike an NIL agreement as a high school athlete in Florida.
But with football season done and his focus now on his June enrollment at Ohio State, the receiver is preparing to monetize his publicity rights. The On3 consensus four-star prospect in the 2023 class has signed with Rosenhaus Sports (RSR) for NIL representation.
Established back in 1988 by Drew Rosenhaus, the agency is one of the leaders in NFL representation. Since 2004, Rosenhaus Sports has negotiated over 1,100 contracts worth more than $8 Billion Dollars. Its list of NFL clients includes Tyreek Hill, Aaron Jones and Chris Olave.
Rosenhaus has ramped up its activity in the name, image and likeness space in the last 20 months, too. RSR has seven staffers solely focused on finding NIL opportunities for athletes. Miami’s Tyler Van Dyke and Michigan’s J.J. McCarthy — two quarterback prospects to watch in the 2024 NFL Draft — are the faces of the NIL division.
Now Inniss has joined RSR. As the No. 5 receiver in the 2023 class, he turned down offers from Alabama and USC to play for Brian Hartline and Ryan Day.
“I think how smart he is and how I can learn,” Inniss told Lettermen Row about what excites him playing for Hartline. “You come in and learn from the best wide receiver coach in college football.
The 6-foot, 190-pound receiver totaled 1,336 receiving yards and 15 touchdown catches on 73 receptions through 15 games this past season. Florida’s Gatorade Player of the Year, he will not enroll until June, but he’s expected to compete for a spot in the wide receiver rotation this fall.

Brandon Inniss’ On3 NIL Valuation
The Ohio State signee may have not been able to cash in on his NIL during his high school career, but he didn’t shy away from building a brand. He currently has over 110,000 social media followers.
Inniss also has a $323,000 On3 NIL Valuation, which ranks in the top 10 of the high school football rankings. He also sits at No. 168 in the On3 NIL 100, which is the first of its kind and defacto NIL ranking of the top 100 high school and college athletes ranked by their On3 NIL Valuation.
His evaluation will only rise once he arrives on campus and starts to perform on the field.
The On3 NIL Valuation is the industry’s leading index that sets the standard market NIL value for high school and college athletes. A proprietary algorithm, the On3 NIL Valuation calculates an athlete’s NIL value using dynamic data points targeting three primary categories: performance, influence and exposure.
About On3 NIL Valuation, Brand Value, Roster Value
While the algorithm includes deal data, it does not act as a tracker of the value of NIL deals athletes have completed to date, nor does it set an athlete’s NIL valuation for their entire career.
The On3 NIL Valuation is publicly available. Performance, Influence, and Exposure ratings along with the athlete’s personal Brand Value Index and Roster Value Index are available only to the athlete in the “Athlete Verified” private dashboard on the On3 Athlete Network.
