Drew Timme has now announced three NIL deals in less than two weeks.

The Gonzaga big man decided last June to return to college basketball for another year and it has paid off. On Thursday morning he announced his signing with Beats by Dre. He also previously gifted his teammates a headphone as part of the agreement.

Leading up to Thursday’s announcement, he signed with Continental Tire. One of three college basketball players promoting the brand this March, he filmed a training sessions with Chris Matthews, also known as “Lethal Shooter.” The two-minute video features Matthews meeting up with the players using his Continental Tires. Timme’s video focused on shooting from free-throw and 3-point range.

The 6-foot-10, 235-pound forward also inked a deal with Barstool Gonzaga, launching his own merchandise with the brand. He signed with Seven1 Sports & Entertainment Group for NIL representation in August 2021. The agency is founded by Jermaine O’Neal and Tracy McGrady.

Timme is averaging 20.9 points, 7.3 rebounds and 3.2 assists while shooting an outstanding 62.4 percent from the field. The Zags are the ninth-ranked team in the nation and beat Saint Mary’s earlier this week to capture the West Coast Conference title.

Beats by Dre and Bose have emerged two major spenders in the NIL era. Beats has signed a handful of notable athletes, including Caleb Williams, Bijan Robinson and Bronny James. The brand has also mounted a college basketball campaign ahead of the NCAA Tournament, signing Timme along with North Carolina’s Deja Kelly, Texas’ Rori Harmon, Stanford’s Haley Jones and Kansas’ Gradey Dick.

The Gonzaga star does have another year of eligibility remaining but announced last month he won’t return for a fifth year. The Bulldogs are expected to be a No. 3 seed in March Madness.

Drew Timme’s On3 NIL Valuation

With Gonzaga poised to make another deep run in March, Timme has a $626,000 On3 NIL Valuation. The forward’s valuation ranks in the top 10 of college basketball. His prolific run in college has also led to a major social following, with more than 110,000 followers.

His evaluation sits at No. 67 in the On3 NIL 100, which is the first of its kind and defacto NIL ranking of the top 100 high school and college athletes ranked by their On3 NIL Valuation.

The On3 NIL Valuation is the industry’s leading index that sets the standard market NIL value for high school and college athletes. A proprietary algorithm, the On3 NIL Valuation calculates an athlete’s NIL value using dynamic data points targeting three primary categories: performance, influence and exposure.

About On3 NIL Valuation, Brand Value, Roster Value

While the algorithm includes deal data, it does not act as a tracker of the value of NIL deals athletes have completed to date, nor does it set an athlete’s NIL valuation for their entire career.

The On3 NIL Valuation is publicly available. Performance, Influence, and Exposure ratings along with the athlete’s personal Brand Value Index and Roster Value Index are available only to the athlete in the “Athlete Verified” private dashboard on the On3 Athlete Network.
