2024 four-star quarterback Elijah Brown signs NIL deal with Bevel
Bevel has signed an NIL deal with another highly-touted 2024 recruit.
Elijah Brown, the seventh-ranked quarterback in the nation, launched a partnership with the health and beauty company Thursday. The ad was released in partnership with Overtime, which has emerged as a content collaborator with multiple athletes.
In the picture posted on his Instagram story, Brown is seen using the brand’s Essential Shave Kit. Georgia safety commit Peyton Woodyard announced a partnership with Bevel on Wednesday night, with Overtime also providing assistance.
Everest Talent Management assisted in the facilitation of the deal.
A rising senior at Mater Dei, he threw for 2,785 yards and 31 touchdowns while completing 68% of his passes last season. Because he’s a California high school athlete, the 6-foot-1.5, 197-pound quarterback is allowed to monetize his publicity rights and earn compensation without losing his amateur status.
Started as a men’s shaving company in 2013, Bevel now features skin and beard products and is owned by Procter & Gamble. Signing the pair of 2024 recruits shows the company wants to start working with some of the top high school talent in the country.
Stanford clear leader in recruitment
Brown holds offers from nearly every West Coast Power 5 school, along with Alabama, Georgia, LSU and Tennessee. Stanford appears to be the leader in his recruitment with a 91.1% chance to land the quarterback, according to the On3 Recruiting Prediction Machine. On3’s National Recruiting Analyst Sam Spiegelman placed a prediction for the Cardinal in April.
He is scheduled to take visits to USC and Stanford next month. The Santa Ana, California, native also has an invite to the Elite 11 Finals.
“Everything Elijah does is at a different pace,” Mater Dei head coach Bruce Rollinson said before he retired after the 2022 season. “He’s slow. It’s not arrogance, it’s just the way he moves. From afar I watch him and he just kind of saunters. I remember Elijah being around here when he was in the fifth grade. He was in all of our quarterback academies, and he was in our Four Vertical program. He has that ‘it factor’ that all of the other great ones that have played here before have.”

Elijah Brown’s On3 NIL Valuation
The 2024 quarterback has built up a strong social media brand with more than 26,000 followers. Most national companies spending marketing dollars in the NIL space are targeting athletes who have significant social media followings.
It’s one of the reasons why Elijah Brown has a $353,000 On3 NIL Valuation, which ranks in the top 20 of the high school football NIL rankings.
The On3 NIL Valuation is the industry’s leading index that sets the standard market NIL value for high school and college athletes. A proprietary algorithm, the On3 NIL Valuation calculates an athlete’s NIL value using dynamic data points targeting three primary categories: performance, influence and exposure.
About On3 NIL Valuation, Brand Value, Roster Value
While the algorithm includes deal data, it does not act as a tracker of the value of NIL deals athletes have completed to date, nor does it set an athlete’s NIL valuation for their entire career. The On3 NIL Valuation calculates the optimized NIL opportunity for athletes relative to the overall NIL market and projects out to as long as 12 months into the future.
