Gradey Dick and Drew Timme have each signed NIL deals with Continental Tire ahead of conference tournament season.

The pair of college basketball players are two of the most recognizable names in the game. A freshman sensation at Kansas, Dick has emerged as an NIL winner. He’s averaging 14.9 points and five rebounds per game, while recently signing agreements with Beats by Dre and adidas.

Timme made the decision to return for another season, opting to go professional overseas. Gonzaga is ranked No. 10 in the nation entering March, while its forward is averaging 21.2 points and 7.5 rebounds a night.

As part of their deals with Continental Tire, Dick and Timme each filmed separate training sessions with Chris Matthews, also known as “Lethal Shooter.” The two-minute video spots feature Matthews meeting up with the players using his Continental tires. Dick focuses on his form and off-balance shooting, while Timme spends time with shooting from free-throw and 3-point range.

With conference tournament season and March Madness scheduled in the coming weeks, the commercial will get plenty of play on social media. Last March, the tire company released a series of videos with Miller and Collin Gillespie, Johnny Juzang and Trevor Keels. Continental was the presenting sponsor of Main Event — the basketball tournament in Las Vegas — this past November, too.

Now in his fourth year in Spokane, Washington, Timme holds a $76,000 On3 NIL Valuation. The evaluation ranks in the top 80 of college basketball. With more than 110,000 social media followers, he has notable partnerships with Dollar Shave Club and Goli Nutrition.

The On3 NIL Valuation is the industry’s leading index that sets the standard market NIL value for high school and college athletes. A proprietary algorithm, the On3 NIL Valuation calculates an athlete’s NIL value using dynamic data points targeting three primary categories: performance, influence and exposure.

About On3 NIL Valuation, Brand Value, Roster Value

While the algorithm includes deal data, it does not act as a tracker of the value of NIL deals athletes have completed to date, nor does it set an athlete’s NIL valuation for their entire career.

The On3 NIL Valuation is publicly available. Performance, Influence, and Exposure ratings along with the athlete’s personal Brand Value Index and Roster Value Index are available only to the athlete in the “Athlete Verified” private dashboard on the On3 Athlete Network.
