House of Victory signs Tre'quon Fegans, announces plans for USC Big Man luncheon
House of Victory continues to show why it is one of the most innovative NIL collectives in the country.
Less than three months since its launch, the USC-focused collective held a unique QB U event earlier this week. Hosting fans and donors at its event, a cast of former and current Trojan quarterbacks made the pitch to some of the wealthiest Trojans’ boosters on the role NIL is now playing in college football.
Carson Palmer, Caleb Williams, Mark Sanchez and Matt Barkley all attended the fundraiser. All-American and 1988 Johnny Unitas Golden Arm Award winner Rodney Peete emceed, and as part of his opening statement to the crowd, called NIL a “new frontier,” and added, “This is where the family is needed.”
All the cash raised from the event went directly back to the collective to support athletes. Now the organization has announced plans for a Big Man Luncheon next month at The Pacific Club in Newport Beach, California.
Justin Dedich, Jonah Monheim, Bear Alexander, Anthony Lucas, Jamil Muhammad, Kyon Barrs, Elijah Paige, Emmanuel Pregnon, Jack Sullivan, Mason Murphy, Michael Tarquin and Jarrett Kingston are all expected to be in attendance. Similar to the QB U event, tickets to the event run at $10,000 for a table, while individual tickets cost $1,500. All proceeds go towards NIL opportunities for athletes.
House of Victory has now run three events since it joined the USC NIL market in April. A number of collectives at the Power 5 level have held fundraisers, bringing out athletes, alumni and coaches. But the Trojans organization has found a successful blueprint with its functions, giving boosters access to stars and making their donations worthwhile.
Lincoln Riley, along with women’s basketball coach Lindsay Gottlieb, beach volleyball coach Dain Blanton and men’s basketball coach Andy Enfield all attended the QB U event. Gaining support from coaches and administration has been crucial for collectives to gain the trust and support of fanbases.

A mutual-benefit nonprofit corporation, House of Victory secured a sponsorship agreement through USC’s multimedia rights holder, Playfly, prior to its launch allowing the collective to use USC trademarks and provide access to advertising. The collective’s membership program ranges from $55 to $1,100 monthly subscription packages with perks.
House of Victory signs Tre’quon Fegans, Emmanuel Pregnon
Riley has found success in high school recruiting but the portal continues to be crucial for USC. The Trojans put together the No. 2 class in the portal this offseason, according to On3’s rankings.
Former Alabama cornerback and four-star recruit Tre’quon Fegans was a key pickup for USC. Only a redshirt freshman, he will have four years of eligibility. At 6-foot, 180 pounds, he joins a USC defense that allowed 266.5 yards per game in the air last season.
Wyoming offensive lineman Emmanuel Pregnon was a major target this spring, picking up notable offers from Virginia Tech, Texas A&M, LSU, Miami, Tennessee, Penn State, Auburn, Kentucky, Colorado and Oregon. The former no-star recruit started at right guard for the Cowboys last year. With three years of eligibility remaining, he committed to the Trojans three days after his official visit to Los Angeles.
House of Victory has signed both in the last week. Plenty of attention has been spent on NIL in high school recruiting. Signing current roster members has become crucial for collectives and programs when retaining talent.
