LSU's Livvy Dunne, Missouri's Luther Burden star in fall campaign for Nautica
LSU gymnast and NIL star Livvy Dunne signed as an official ambassador for Nautica last winter.
She’s now back in her role, starring in the brand’s fall campaign next to Missouri wide receiver Luther Burden III. Full terms of the agreements were not disclosed with On3, but both athletes are repped by WME Sports. The duo have starred in social media campaigns for Nautica in recent weeks, dubbed “New Legends.”
The most followed NCAA athlete, Dunne boasts over 13.2 million followers and growing. The 21-year-old gymnast is set to star in the upcoming docuseries The Money Game, which provides an all-access pass to the 2023-24 athletic season inside LSU athletics. Set to be released on Prime Video on Sept. 10, the documentary is directed by Drea Cooper.
Dunne also has long-term deals with American Eagle, Accelerator Active Energy and Vuori.
“I’m so excited and honored to be a part of the New Legends campaign for Nautica,” Dunne said in a statement. “As a student-athlete, I know the importance of feeling confident and comfortable, both in and outside the gym. The campus-approved styles symbolize quality, functionality and timeless design — each are values that resonate deeply with my journey in excellence.”
Burden was a semifinalist for the Biletnikoff Award last season, and the Missouri wide receiver is one of the top returning wideouts in the nation. He earned First-Team All-SEC honors and landed on the AP All-America Second-Team in 2023. The receiver posted four catches for 49 yards and a touchdown in Week 1.
Dunne previously starred in Nautica’s spring campaign, serving as the face of the company’s women’s sportswear line.
“We’re excited to welcome Livvy Dunne to the Nautica team,” Nautica senior vice president for marketing Stefani Fleurant said this past spring. “Livvy’s dedication to her craft and ability to inspire millions aligns perfectly with Nautica women’s sportswear – a line designed for women who are active, confident and embrace a lifestyle that seamlessly merges fashion with performance.”

Nautica going all-in on Livvy Dunne’s NIL brand
The gymnast and NIL star established “The Livvy Fund” in July 2023, partnering with the collective Bayou Traditions. The energy drink company signed NIL deals with eight LSU gymnasts last October.
Dunne was a featured speaker at the inaugural On3 Elite NIL Series. She also admitted on a podcast last summer that she had previously pocketed over $500,000 from a single NIL deal. The Sports Illustrated swimsuit model has worked with brands like EA Sports, Body Armour, Forever 21 and Motorola. The gymnast holds an exclusive trading card deal with Leaf and has repeatedly appeared in commercials for the ManningCast.
Livvy Dunne has a $3.9 million On3 NIL Valuation, only trailing Shedeur Sanders ($4.8 million). Her valuation ranks No. 2 in the On3 NIL 100, the first of its kind and defacto NIL ranking of the top 100 high school and college athletes ranked by their On3 NIL Valuation.
A former Five-Star Plus+ recruit, Burden has signed endorsement deals with Old Vienna chips, Imo’s Pizza, Commerce Bank, Leaf, NXTRND and Allen Brake Real Estate, among others. With over 114,000 social media followers, he touts a $739,000 On3 NIL Valuation. The valuation ranks in the top 25 of college football.
The On3 NIL Valuation is calculated by combining Roster Value and personal NIL. Roster value is the value an athlete has by being a member of his or her team at his or her school, which factors into the role of NIL collectives. NIL in an athlete’s name, image and likeness and the value it could bring to regional and national brands outside of the scope of NIL collectives.
