Memphis QB commit Antwann Hill inks NIL deal with Leaf Trading Cards
Memphis quarterback commit Antwann Hill is entering the NIL space with a major move.
The four-star recruit and a top-300 prospect in the 2025 cycle has inked his first endorsement deal with Leaf Trading Cards. Full terms of the multi-year, exclusive contract were not shared with On3, however, the deal is valued between $600,000 and $750,000 with room to grow. Hill committed to Memphis in June, picking the Tigers over Florida. But the opportunity to play early ultimately won out.
The quarterback’s multi-year deal with Leaf was negotiated by Hill’s agent, Bryan Miller of Peterson Sports. As a rising senior in the state of Georgia, Hill is allowed to monetize his NIL.
“This is an amazing opportunity for AJ!” Miller told On3. “Leaf has an incredible product and they are doing some unprecedented things in the trading card world. I admire their innovation with the new NIL landscape in college sports.
“It’s a great feeling to watch all of Antwann’s hard work on the field pay off and translate into one of the larger NIL deals in the country for a class of 2025 quarterback. I love working with Leaf and appreciate what they are doing for the world of sports.”
The 6-foot-4.5, 215-pound signal-caller joins a growing list of top high school talent to join Leaf. Notre Dame quarterback commit Deuce Knight, USC quarterback commit Julian Lewis and Tennessee quarterback commit George MacIntyre have all signed.

Since the inception of NIL in college sports in the summer of 2021, the race has been on for trading card brands to sign top high school recruits.
Antwann Hill’s growing NIL platform
Hill currently has nearly 45,000 social media followers and a $220,000 On3 NIL Valuation. His valuation is No. 76 in the On3 high school NIL rankings.
“Despite what some fans and media believe, there is not an unlimited amount of money being deployed to manage rosters,” said Shannon Terry, the founder and CEO of On3. “Any model – whether it’s today’s broken NCAA ‘student-athlete’ construct or media rights sharing through employment, which is almost a certainty in the near future – demands efficiency based on the athlete and school knowing the athlete’s respective market value.”
The On3 NIL Valuation is calculated by combining Roster Value and personal NIL. Roster value is the value an athlete has by being a member of his or her team at his or her school, which factors into the role of NIL collectives. NIL in an athlete’s name, image and likeness and the value it could bring to regional and national brands outside of the scope of NIL collectives.
