The top NIL packages in the high school recruiting ranks are flowing to quarterbacks, however, the price for a top wide receiver is rising.

On3 is tracking the top 15 wide receivers according to the On3 Industry Ranking, breaking down the average wideout On3 NIL Valuation.

The On3 NIL Valuation is calculated by combining Roster Value and NIL. Roster value is the value an athlete has by being a member of his or her team at his or her school, which factors into the role of NIL collectives.

Here is the full breakdown:

WRs 1-5: Average $360K

The top five wide receivers in the 2025 cycle are all five-star recruits according to the On3 Industry Ranking with plenty still figuring out their college decision. Dakorien Moore, Caleb Cunningham, Kaliq Lockett and Jaime Ffrench are all uncommitted. Dallas Wilson has been an Oregon commit dating back to January 2023.

The group has an average On3 NIL Valuation of $360,000.

Moore is the No. 3 overall player in the 2025 class. He’s down to Oregon, LSU, Ohio State and Texas. En route to a state championship last fall, Moore turned 65 receptions into 1,303 yards and 15 touchdowns.

Ffrench is a former Alabama commit and is coming off official visits to LSU, Tennessee, Texas and Miami. He previously told On3 that his dream NIL deal is to land a Lamborghini

“You want to get taken care of anywhere you go, that’s just a big thing in college football now,” he said at the On3 Elite Series. “So you want to make sure that’s a piece of it but also want to be sure you take care of the on-field stuff.”

Cunningham took official visits to Auburn, Florida, Tennessee and Alabama this summer. He has taken numerous visits to Mississippi State and Ole Miss as well. Those are the schools he is now focused on entering the final stretch of his commitment, eyeing a July decision.

Meanwhile, Lockett announced earlier this week that he will make his commitment decision on August 7. Texas is currently trending to land the No. 2 wide receiver in the nation.

WRs 6-10: Average $214K

Vernell Brown, Derek Meadows, Quincy Porter (Ohio State commit), Talyn Taylor (Georgia commit) and Andrew Marsh make up the No. 6 to 10 wide receivers in the 2025 class. The group holds an average On3 NIL Valuation of $214,000.

Brown achieved five-star status earlier this week. The nation’s No. 6 overall wide receiver, On3’s Steve Wiltfong recently logged a prediction for Brown to land at Florida.

The On3 Industry’s No. 1 recruit in Las Vegas, Meadows is focused on Alabama, Georgia, LSU, Michigan and Notre Dame. The Crimson Tide landed the last official visit of June, while Notre Dame has remained in the mix because the Fighting Irish were in on the wide receiver early in his recruitment.

Porter committed to Ohio State earlier this month, picking the Buckeyes over Michigan and Penn State. Taylor also made his commitment in June, choosing the Bulldogs just 11 days after taking an official visit.

Marsh is currently trending to land at Michigan, according to the On3 Recruiting Prediction Machine.

WRs 11-15: Average $138K

Travis Smith, CJ Wiley (Florida State commit), Donovan Olugbode, Jerome Myles and Cortez Mills round out the top 15 wide receivers in the On3 Industry Ranking. The group has an average On3 NIL Valuation of $138,000.

Wiley just committed earlier this week in a surprising move, picking the Seminoles over Georgia and Auburn. The 6-foot-3.75, 210-pound wideout is the No. 87 overall prospect in the 2025 cycle.

Travis Smith is a top-75 recruit in the class and has become a major priority for Georgia after Wiley’s decision. Set to decide on July 13, the receiver is down to the Bulldogs and Tennessee. The Volunteers have momentum coming off last weekend’s official visit to Knoxville.

Olugbode is entering his junior year at IMG Academy, with Florida holding the edge in his recruitment, according to the On3 Recruiting Prediction Machine.
