With football season in the books, The Dairy Alliance is handing things off to basketball. The company announced three additions to its NIL campaign this week.

Tennessee guard Zakai Zeigler, Kentucky guard Jaxson Robinson and NC State guard Zamareya Jones all inked deals with the company. They headline the “Milk’s Got Game” campaign and are taking the “handoff” from the group of football players who were on board this season.

Tennessee quarterback Nico Iamaleava, former Ole Miss quarterback Jaxson Dart, former Kentucky quarterback Brock Vandagriff and former Georgia quarterback Carson Beck were all part of The Dairy Alliance’s football NIL campaign. Now, it’s time for basketball to take over.

“We are delighted to partner with these talented college athletes to expand the Milk’s Got Game campaign across the Southeast and connect with an even broader student sports community,” said Geri Berdak, The Dairy Alliance CEO, in a statement.

“This campaign provides a unique opportunity to engage with the Gen Z audience through these influential athletes, educating them on the powerful nutritional benefits of dairy milk. Our goal is to empower people of all ages to make more informed nutrition choices while sharing the mission and values of The Dairy Alliance.”

More on Zakai Zeigler, Jaxson Robinson, Zam Jones

Zeigler is one of the top point guards in the SEC once again this season and a crucial part of the Tennessee attack. He entered Tuesday’s game against Kentucky with a team-high 7.5 assists and 2.1 steals per game to help propel the Volunteers to a 20-4 record and a No. 5 ranking in the latest AP Top 25 poll. Zeigler also averages 12.9 points, second on the roster only to Chaz Lanier.

As for Robinson, he’s one of Kentucky’s top scorers with 13.3 points per game while shooting 38.1% from three-point territory after transferring from BYU. However, he missed Tuesday’s game vs. Tennessee with a wrist injury suffered in practice late last week.

Jones is in the midst of her freshman season at NC State and is averaging 8.1 points through 18 games. Her addition to the “Milk’s Got Game” campaign is one of her first NIL deals as she starts her college career.

“North Carolina has a long history of producing great basketball talent and great local dairy products, and we are excited the latest student-athlete and milk partnership with Zam Jones celebrates both,” said Steve Troxler, North Carolina Commissioner of Agriculture, in a statement. “We are proud to join with the Dairy Alliance to support North Carolina’s dairy industry and women’s basketball. Go Pack!”
