Texas QB Arch Manning announces NIL deal with Red Bull
Texas Longhorns quarterback Arch Manning officially has his wings. A former five-star recruit and presumed starter for the 2025 season, Manning has now officially announced a new NIL deal with Red Bull.
In a post on Instagram, Red Bull wrote, “target locked, wiiings secured @archmanning.”
While no details are immediately available about the deal between Manning and Red Bull, it’s clear that the Texas quarterback is quickly becoming one of the faces of college football. Manning has a $6.6 million NIL Valuation, according to the On3 NIL Valuation. That also makes him first in the NIL 100, meaning he has the highest NIL Valuation of any college or high school athlete, regardless of sport.
The On3 NIL Valuation is the industry’s leading index that sets the standard market NIL value for high school and college athletes. A proprietary algorithm, the On3 NIL Valuation establishes the overall NIL market and projected 12-month growth rate for an Athlete by measuring two categories: Roster Value and NIL.
The majority of dollars athletes earn is based on their Roster Value. Roster Value collects data from all school collectives, players, and representatives using a proprietary Roster Management algorithm. NIL value measures the licensing and sponsorship market through exposure and social media influence. Roster Value and NIL combine to create the overall On3 NIL Valuation.
There have always been massive expectations of Arch Manning. Part of that goes back to his family. His grandfather and uncles were all star NFL quarterbacks. On top of that, his dad, Cooper Manning, was a great athlete too before an injury ended his own playing career. So, he comes from a family that is used to producing star quarterbacks.

On top of that, coming out of high school, Manning made himself look like one of the best quarterback prospects in recent memory. He was a five-star recruit in the Class of 2023, according to the On3 Industry Ranking. He was also the top-ranked quarterback and the top-ranked player overall in that recruiting cycle.
Despite that pedigree, Manning has primarily acted as a backup to Quinn Ewers in his first two seasons at Texas, coming in for packages and to relieve Ewers when he was battling an injury. For that time, Manning has completed 66.3 percent of his passes for 969 yards and nine touchdowns to two interceptions. He’s also rushed for 115 yards and four touchdowns.
Still, expectations are massive in 2024 for Manning. He’s been ranked as a Top-10 returning player to college football by On3’s Ari Wasserman and there is hope he can bring Texas back to the College Football Playoff.
