LOOK: Texas running back Bijan Robinson inks NIL deal with Lamborghini
Texas star running back Bijan Robinson is a world-class running back. So, it’s only fitting the electrifying running back signed an NIL deal on Thursday afternoon with Lamborghini. It’s a world class car for a world-class running back. Check out the picture below he posted to his Twitter page.
Robinson is bound for NFL riches sometime in the future, but in the meantime, it’s pretty cool to see him sign an NIL deal with Lamborghini. He’s been busy racking up the NIL deals lately, as he just recently signed a NIL deal with C4 energy a few days ago. Robinson’s current NIL valuation, per On3NIL is listed at $329,000. That ranks him as the No. 66 prospect in On3’s NIL100 Rankings.
Last season, the 6-foot-0, 214-pound tailback had 195 rushing attempts for 1,127 yards, while scoring 11 touchdowns. He averaged nearly six yards per carry every time he touched the football (5.8 yards). Not only that, he hauled in 26 catches for 295 receiving yards, while bringing in four touchdowns.
Robinson has been one of the best prospects in the game of football at every level he’s played. First in high school, where he shattered records at Salpointe Catholic (Tucson, Arizona). Robinson became the state’s all time leader in rushing yards (7,036) and touchdowns (114). According to the On3 Consensus Rankings for the 2020 recruiting class, the Arizona native was rated as the No. 2 running back in America and the No. 17 overall prospect in the country. Robinson also became the only player to win the Ed Doherty Award twice–the award is given to the best high school football player in the state of Arizona.

Longhorn fans are hoping that prized transfer quarterback Quinn Ewers can help to open even more holes for Robinson by stretching defenses vertically. Not only will Robinson have Ewers, but the ‘Horns have former Wyoming wide receiver Isaiah Neyor–who reeled in a deep touchdown pass from Ewers in the Texas spring game. Let’s not forget freshman All-American wide receiver, Xavier Worthy, who dazzled in his first year of college football last year.
One thing is for certain, the Longhorns’ offensive attack is expected to be one of the most exciting in all of college football during the 2022-2023 season and Robinson will be a huge piece of it.
