Top five On3 NIL Valuations in Under Armour All-America Game
All-star season has commenced in the high school ranks. On Tuesday night, the Under Armour All-America Game will be played at Camping World Stadium in Orlando.
It’s a chance to celebrate high school successes. The 2023 recruiting class is also filled with NIL potential. In the new era of college athletics, NIL has added a new layer to recruiting. This was the first class to deal with the ramifications.
Tuesday’s game will allow the fans the chance to watch Oklahoma commit Jackson Arnold. The third-ranked quarterback in the class, he’s the only Five-Star Plus+ quarterback participating in an all-star game this offseason.
The second-ranked quarterback and player in the 2023 class, Malachi Nelson is currently in the recovery process. He won’t be playing Tuesday, but he does have the highest On3 NIL Valuation of any athlete taking part in the festivities at $826,000.
Before kickoff, On3 is breaking down the top five On3 NIL Valuations playing in the game.
Full 2023 Under Armour All-America Game Roster Breakdown
Jackson Arnold
On3 NIL Valuation: $649,000
Position: Quarterback
On3 Consensus Ranking: No. 8
College choice: Oklahoma
Jackson Arnold played a major role in helping Oklahoma flip five-star safety Peyton Bowen. Now, the Sooners quarterback commit has impressed throughout Under Armour All-America Game practices. He was named the top quarterback at both practices by On3’s Director of Scouting Charles Power. Arnold has been the most consistent, navigating the pocket with ease. He’s earned comparisons to former Oklahoma quarterback and Heisman winner Baker Mayfield, too. He’ll put that on display Tuesday for Team Phantom.
Texas does not allow high school athletes to turn a profit on their NIL, but he’s built up a strong social media platform with more than 42,000 followers. Arnold’s On3 NIL Valuation ranks No. 57 in the On3 NIL 100, which is the first of its kind and defacto NIL ranking of the top 100 high school and college athletes ranked by their On3 NIL Valuation.
Jaden Rashada
On3 NIL Valuation: $480,000
Position: Quarterback
On3 Consensus Ranking: No. 65
College choice: Florida
Jaden Rashada shocked the college football world in November, flipping his commitment from Miami to Florida. And he made the Gators wait out his NLI on National Signing Day. But the quarterback has been at Under Armour All-America Game practices these past few days, impressing with his arm strength.
He’s taken advantage of the national attention his recruitment gave him, growing his social media following to north of 42,000. His valuation sits at No. 95 in the NIL 100. Since California allows high schoolers to monetize their NIL, he has signed with Leaf Trading Cards and Athletes in Recruitment. He recently brought on JTM Sports for NIL representation, too.
Zachariah Branch
On3 NIL Valuation: $477,000
Position: Wide Receiver
On3 Consensus Ranking: No. 4
College choice: USC
Zachariah Branch has taken the past few days in Orlando to remind the country why he’s the top-ranked receiver in the 2023 recruiting class. With elite speed, he’s nearly impossible to defend. He’s given defensive backs problems through practices, too. From a NIL perspective, few highly-touted prospects have set them up for as much success as Branch.

Tulsa expected to fire head coach
While he’s yet to announce a partnership, he has a TikTok following of nearly 70,000. Brands have become known to value the social media platform more than others when it comes to sponsorship deals. His On3 NIL evaluation sits at No. 96 in the NIL 100.
Cormani McClain
On3 NIL Valuation: $379,000
Position: Cornerback
On3 Consensus Ranking: No. 3
College choice: Miami, has yet to sign
Cormani McClain remains a mystery heading into Tuesday night’s game. The Miami commit opted not to sign on National Signing Day two weeks ago. And he opted not to speak with the media at UA check-in on Thursday. It’s unknown if he will land in South Beach. As On3 Director of Recruiting Chad Simmons reported last week, Colorado has initiated contact with McClain. Alabama could also be in the mix. Similar to the other highly-touted prospects, he’s built a stout social media following of 63,000. His On3 NIL Valuation ranks in the top 10 high school football evaluations.
David Hicks
On3 NIL Valuation: $359,000
Position: Defensive Lineman
On3 Consensus Ranking: No. 7
College choice: Texas A&M
David Hicks Jr. has done nothing but impress during his Under Armour All-America Game trip. The Texas A&M defensive lineman commit was named On3’s MVP of Sunday’s practice, showing off his power and pass-rush skill set. And he earned praise on social media after he blew up Florida offensive line signee Roderick Kearney. He’s the top-ranked signee in the Aggies’ 2023 recruiting class. Oklahoma made a late push in his recruitment, but he ultimately stayed with Texas A&M.
About the On3 NIL Valuation
The On3 NIL Valuation is the industry’s leading index that sets the standard market NIL value for high school and college athletes. A proprietary algorithm, the On3 NIL Valuation calculates an athlete’s NIL value using dynamic data points targeting three primary categories: performance, influence and exposure.
About On3 NIL Valuation, Brand Value, Roster Value
While the algorithm includes deal data, it does not act as a tracker of the value of NIL deals athletes have completed to date, nor does it set an athlete’s NIL valuation for their entire career.
The On3 NIL Valuation accounts for an athlete’s roster value and brand value. Roster value is the value an athlete has by being a member of his or her team at his or her school, which factors into the role of NIL collectives. Brand value factors in an athlete’s personal brand and the value it could bring to regional and national brands outside of the scope of NIL collectives.
