Lines up on the edge for his high school team, playing out of two and three point stances. Explosion pops off the film. Flashes a high-level first step, beating offensive tackles off the snap with ease. Hunts quarterbacks and ball carriers with plus closing speed. A coordinated athlete in his upper body, with quick hands and the ability to disengage. Shows some natural power, with the ability to fire through his hips on contact. Finishes with good physicality. Uses his length to disrupt passing lanes. Also lined up as a wide receiver, showing his athleticism. Doubles as a very good basketball player. Does not play top competition on the gridiron at his high school. Has more unknowns than some other national prospects given his later rise. Will need to continue developing and will benefit from college coaching given his notable upside.
