Clemson holds off Florida State for critical ACC win
Clemson held off Florida State for a much-needed 75-69 win Wednesday night as the Tigers continue to play their best basketball of the season.
Clemson (12-9, 4-6) led by as many as 12 points in the second half and played well down the stretch to hold off FSU’s rally.

Sophomore forward PJ Hall led the way for the Tigers, finishing with 15 points and 7 rebounds. Hall was 5-8 from the field and 5-6 from the free throw line, including going 4-for-4 from the stripe in the final two minutes.
Chase Hunter (12), Nick Honor (12) and Naz Bohannon (11) also scored in double figures for Clemson.
The only bad news on the night was that senior forward Hunter Tyson injured his shoulder in the first half and did not return. Tyson was not on the bench for the second half.
