In recruiting?

Stephen Wagner is predicting where he thinks Miami’s top uncommitted recruiting targets will land this month, with decision dates upcoming.

We also have an update on Orlando (Fla.) Orlando Christian Prep three-star offensive tackle Demetrius Campbell, with his coach weighing in on his progress with big expectations ahead of his senior season and then arrival at Miami.

Plus Miami quietly entered the recruiting picture for Omaha (Neb.) Westside four-star linebacker Christian Jones in June. And the Hurricanes are a serious contender for the No. 211 prospect as he works toward a decision. Get the latest there.

And, as always, stay tuned today for any news that may come up.

MESSAGE BOARD POST OF THE DAY

Miami vs. Florida thought … Posted by Canes

My concern is can our coaches make adjustments better than the guys on the other sideline. They’re going to come all out on D and try to startle us. Can we break away from the game plan, adjust, and exploit weaknesses we didn’t plan for? Good coaches do this, especially at half time. I’m desperate to see it this season. Hoping we don’t need it often, but we have to have that ability to recognize when it isn’t working and adjust. Cam helps

MIAMI HURRICANES QUOTE OF THE DAY

“Everybody is trusting each other, has to trust each other. You know what that person does well, know what each other can do. It’s just about trusting your brother that he can do his job. Getting the job done without being selfish.”
