Michigan State determined to take full advantage of Carter's versatile skillset at RB

Michigan State running back Nate Carter is hungry to change the narrative surrounding the Spartan football program. “I just want people to understand who we are as a football team,” Carter said. “Because of what happened last year, people look down on Michigan State. They say that we don’t have talent and that we don’t have the ability to win, and I don’t believe that is true. I’ve seen guys work since January. We have talent and we want Michigan State football to get back to what it was back in the Kirk Cousins’ days and back to LJ Scott. That is what we are aiming for and hope to achieve.”
