Michigan Wolverines football enters the first week of July at No. 14 in the 2025 On3 Industry National Team Recruiting Rankings following the verbal commitment of On300 four-star EDGE Julius Holly (Alpharetta, Ga.) over the weekend.

His pledge gave Michigan its 13th commitment of the 2025 class under head coach Sherrone Moore, who is in his first season on the job full-time. Defensive line coach Lou Esposito was his primary recruiter and helped seal the deal.

“He’s known me since he was at Memphis, so he already knew a little bit about me,” Holly said recently. “He recently started recruiting me a lot. He’s really cool. I grew up in Jersey, and he’s from there, so we have some common ground there. As a coach, he seems grounded and leveled. He knows what he’s doing.”
