After opening the season with an FCS opponent, NC State has its biggest test of the season in Week 2 as Tennessee is ready to square off with the Pack in the Duke’s Mayo Classic at Charlotte’s Bank of America Stadium.

The Wolfpack is coming off a 38-21 win over Western Carolina last Thursday. The Volunteers, meanwhile, are fresh off a 69-3 win over Southern Conference favorite Chattanooga.  

Here are the television and radio broadcast details for NC State’s contest against Tennessee.

What time does the game start?

NC State vs. Tennessee begins at 7:30 p.m. ET.

What television channel is the NC State game on?

The game will be broadcast on ABC. Rece Davis (play-by-play), Kirk Herbstreit (analyst) and Holly Rowe (sideline) will be on the call.

– NC State is 2-2 all-time against Tennessee in program history. The Wolfpack beat the Volunteers in 1893 — the program’s first game against another college — and 1911, while Tennessee won in 1939 and 2012. 

– The Wolfpack has played at Bank of America Stadium nine times before this weekend’s game in Charlotte. NC State has played four bowl games there and five regular season contests. 

– NC State leads the country in made point after attempts with 252 straight, including Kanoah Vinesett‘s five made extra points in the season opener. The Wolfpack last missed an extra point during the 2017 season.
