COLUMBUS — Ohio State coach Ryan Day has been talking for months about the length of the season. The Buckeyes expect to play 16 or 17 games, the most of any team in college football history. So it's a slow build, especially with just one game in the books. The Buckeyes saw a lot of good come from the easy win over Akron last weekend. And they expect to see a lot more positives this weekend when they face Western Michigan (7:30 p.m., Big Ten Network).
