Nelson's decision to transfer altered the dynamics of Riley's quest to adequately fill his 2024 quarterback needs. Even if he were to add Howard in the upcoming weeks, that would the Trojans with Miller Moss, Howard and Jake Jensen. Three QBs ain't gonna cut it obviously.
