As the picks ticked away through the sixth round and the early part of the seventh, it looked more and more like the ACL injury Andrew Vorhees suffered at the NFL combine would cost him the opportunity to become a 2023 draft pick. But a team without a pick in the seventh round stopped the slide and gave Vorhees the thrill of hearing his name called and also a very exciting landing spot. After looking like they were done for the day, the Baltimore Ravens completed a trade with the Cleveland Browns to get back into this draft with the No. 12 pick in the seventh round and No. 229 overall selection.
