9 players who won conference player of the year and are now in the 2025 Transfer Portal

College basketball’s Transfer Portal is in full swing, with over 1,200 names already entered through the first two days. Last year, over 2,100 players entered the D-I portal, with over 4,000 names between D-I, D-II, and D-III.
