Albany transfer DL Elijah Hills commits to Wisconsin

Former Albany Great Danes defensive lineman Elijah Hills has committed to transfer to the Wisconsin Badgers.

Hills impressed a great deal of programs with his play for the Great Danes, amassing 59 total tackles, 5.5 sacks and two forced fumbles over two seasons with Albany. He’ll now be looking to bring some defensive production to the Badgers.

Prior to joining Wisconsin, there was some talk of Hills taking his talents to the West Virginia Mountaineers. Evidently, the former Albany defender believed he fit better in Madison, and that’s where he’ll be playing his football in 2024.

We’ll see how Elijah Hills adjusts to the Big Ten, as he’s joining Wisconsin at a fascinating time. The Badgers are happy to have him, and they’ll be dealign with a bevy of tremendous offenses in 2024.
