Arkansas DL Anthony 'Tank' Booker enters NCAA Transfer Portal
Arkansas defensive lineman Anthony “Tank” Booker has entered the NCAA Transfer Portal, On3 has learned. Booker will have one year of eligibility remaining as a graduate transfer.
It will be Booker’s second time in the transfer portal in as many years. He previously transferred to Arkansas from Maryland ahead of the 2023 season.
In 41 career games, Booker has 2.5 sacks and 10.5 tackles for loss. He’s also got a pair of forced fumbles. Booker has been a solid player later in his career, but has struggled to find a starting role. He’s started just two games in his career, both in his final season at Maryland. He played in 11 games but started none with the Razorbacks during the 2023 season.
Booker played high school football at Winton Woods (Ohio) High School, where he was a three-star prospect. He was the No. 862 overall recruit in the 2019 cycle, according to the On3 Industry Ranking, a weighted average that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies.
