Report: Arkansas OT transfer Andrew Chamblee expected to schedule several visits
The curious case surrounding former Arkansas offensive tackle Andrew Chamblee has some new developments, with the talented offensive lineman expected to schedule a handful of visits shortly.
According to ESPN’s Pete Thamel, Chamblee is expected to schedule visits with Colorado, Kansas State, UCLA and Virginia Tech.
Meanwhile, Indiana and SMU have also expressed interest in getting a visit from the coveted offensive lineman.
Chamblee could certainly help bolster someone’s roster heading into the 2024 season. He started eight games for the Razorbacks in 2023, earning 405 snaps and a spot on the All-SEC Freshman Team.
But the talented linemen left the Arkansas team prior to spring practice amid somewhat dubious circumstances. Coach Sam Pittman commented on his departure at the time, only for Chamblee to later tweet possible dissension.

“Andrew Chamblee just lost the love for the game and decided to start his professional, you know, start his college as a regular student career,” Pittman said at the beginning of spring.
Shortly after, Chamblee tweeted simply: “We not done yet.”
In any case, he’ll have to find a new home for the 2024 season as he looks to suit up and further his college football career. There will be plenty of options. He figures to be one of the top-ranked players to enter the portal.
