With a do not contact tag, the thought might be that he could be following his former coach, Mark Pope, to his new job. Pope officially became the head coach at Kentucky, his alma mater, on Friday. However, it could also mean Khalifa already has another idea of where he is headed within the transfer portal.
Khalifa is the second Cougar to hit the portal as of Friday. Dallin Hall entered his name in as well, even if he did without the use of the do not contact tag at this point.
