Cal transfer WR Jeremiah Hunter commits to Washington
The Washington Huskies have landed a transfer commitment from former California Golden Bears wide receiver Jeremiah Hunter.
On Friday, Hunter made the announcement via his Instagram, sharing a graphic and simply using an umbrella emoji to let the world know.
Jeremiah Hunter played high school football at Central East (CA), where he was a three-star prospect. He was the No. 607 overall recruit in the 2020 cycle, according to the On3 Industry Ranking, a weighted average that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies.
Over his three seasons with the Golden Bears, Hunter has amassed 143 receptions for 2,056 yards and 13 touchdowns. He’ll be looking to continue his impressive play with the Huskies, who are preparing for the College Football Playoff and a subsequent move to the Big Ten.
