Father of Jaden Rashada posts cryptic message amid Transfer Portal rumors
Amid rumors that state Arizona State quarterback Jaden Rashada may enter his name into the NCAA Transfer Portal, his father Harlen Rashada has made a fascinating social media post.
During his first season with the Sun Devils, Rashada passed for 485 yards and four touchdowns, throwing three interceptions while completing 44-of-82 pass attempts. It looked like he was building towards something, and realizing some of his potential.
Then on Monday, the college football world learned of the news that former Michigan State quarterback Sam Leavitt has picked his next school, and it was going to be the Sun Devils. Check out Harlen Rashada’s post on X (formerly known as Twitter) afterwards on Monday, signaling that he’s waiting on something.
Are we saying Jaden Rashada is entering the transfer portal? No. Nobody is saying that. At least not yet. We’re simply reporting an interesting, cryptic message from a former top quarterback recruit’s father, with a seemingly timely message. That’s the extent of it.
We’ll be keeping a close eye on what Jaden Rashada decides to do, or not do, as it pertains to Arizona State and the transfer portal. We’re sure Sun Devils faithful will be, as well.
