Florida State expected to host Alabama OL Terrence Ferguson

Florida State is expected to host Alabama transfer offensive lineman Terrence Ferguson this weekend, a source tells On3. The former four-star recruit is expected to arrive in Tallahassee on Friday.

The 6-foot-4, 322-pound lineman was considered a starter for the Tide entering the year but dealt with a high-ankle sprain that sidelined him for five games. A top-100 recruit in the 2021 cycle, he leaves Tuscaloosa with 11 career appearances.

“Terrence Ferguson is playing really, really well,” Alabama head coach Nick Saban said about Ferguson in early August. “He’s gotten bigger and stronger. He’s always been very explosive and had explosive power and body quickness. And he’s very confident in what he’s doing.”

The Seminoles have seen offensive linemen Daughtry Richardson, Bless Harris, Colin King, Qae’shon Sapp and Thomas Shrader this cycle.
