Florida State linebacker DJ Lundy commits to transfer to Colorado
Florida State Seminoles linebacker DJ Lundy announced his commitment to transfer to the Colorado Buffaloes on social media.
Lundy became a key player on the Seminoles’ defense during his time in Tallahassee. In 2023, Lundy had 54 tackles, six of which were for a loss and two sacks. He also had an interception, making him a key member of the defense that helped Florida State to go unbeaten and win the ACC.
“Let’s run it,” Lundy posted.
DJ Lundy has been with Florida State since the 2020 season, which didn’t count against his eligibility. During that time, he played in 44 games. He had 183 career tackles, 16.5 tackles for loss, 5.0 sacks, and an interception during his Florida State career.

DJ Lundy played high school football at Irwin County (GA), where he was a three-star prospect. He was the No. 922 overall recruit in the 2020 cycle, according to the On3 Industry Ranking, a weighted average that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies.
